Cornhole

Objective

The objective is to land your bean bags on the board or in the hole.

Setup

Create 2 teams. Start with half your team (and all the bean bags) on one side and half on the opposite side (your opponents do the same).

Instructions

Alternate throwing one bean bag at a time (underhand) with your opponent(s) on the same side until all the bean bags have been thrown. Repeat from the opposite side.

Scoring

Score 3 points for landing your bean bag in the hole, 1 point for landing on the board, and 0 points if the bean bag is touching the ground. Both teams score points after all bean bags have been thrown.

Win

The first team to 21 (or more) points wins the game.

Bocce Ball

Objective

The objective is to roll your ball closets to the white target ball.

Setup

Create 2 to 4 teams. Start with half your team (and all the balls) on one side and half on the opposite side (your opponents do the same).

Instructions

Start by rolling the white target ball 20’ to 40’. Alternate rolling one ball at a time (underhand) with your opponent(s) on the same side until all the balls have been thrown. Repeat from the opposite side. Alternate throwing the target ball.

Scoring

Score 2 points if your ball is touching the target ball and 1 point for every ball closer to the target ball your opponents’ closest ball. Teams score points after all balls have been thrown.

Win

The first team to 12 (or more) points wins the game.

Giant Jenga

Objective

The objective is to pull a block from the stack and place it on top.

Setup

Create teams or play individually. Place three blocks per row in the same direction and alternate the direction each subsequent row.

Instructions

Remove one block from below the top two completed rows and place it on top (3 per row in the same direction alternating direction each row). Players may use both hands and touch other blocks. The turn ends 3 seconds after placing the block on top. Alternate turns.

Scoring

25+ rows – Advanced
30+ rows – Expert
35+ rows – Jedi

Giant Connect Four

Objective

The objective is to be the first to connect four in a row in any direction.

Setup

Create 2 teams (or play individually).

Instructions

Place one piece per turn in an available slot. Alternate turns with your opponent(s). Once a piece is played it may not be removed.

Win

Connect four in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally to win.

Giant Pong

Objective

The objective is to land your balls into the buckets.

Setup

Create 2 teams. Arrange the buckets into two equal (but opposite) equilateral triangles pointing toward each other approximately 10’ apart. Start with your team (and all the balls) on one side and your opponent(s) on the opposite side.

Instructions

Alternate throwing one ball at a time with your teammate(s) on the same side until all the balls have been thrown. If you make a ball in your opponent’s bucket, they remove the bucket (immediately). Your opponent(s) follow the same process from the opposite side.

Reracking, Bouncing, and Rebuttal rules may be added upon mutual agreement of both teams.

Win

The first team to remove all your opponent’s buckets wins.

Bucket Ball

Objective

The objective is to land your balls into the buckets.

Setup

Create 2 teams. Arrange the buckets into two equal (but opposite) equilateral triangles pointing toward each other approximately 10’ apart. Start with your team (and all the balls) on one side and your opponent(s) on the opposite side.

Instructions

Alternate throwing one ball at a time with your teammate(s) on the same side until all the balls have been thrown. Your opponent(s) do the same from the opposite side.

Scoring

Score points (corresponding to the bucket) for each ball made after all balls have been thrown.

Win

The first team to 21 (or more) points wins the game.

Ladder Ball

Objective

The objective is to land your bolas on one of the “ladder” rungs.

Setup

Create 2 teams. Start with half of your team (and all the bolas) on one side and half on the opposite side (your opponents do the same).

Instructions

Alternate throwing one bola at a time (underhand) with your opponent(s) on the same side until all the bolas have been thrown. Repeat from the opposite side.

Scoring

Score 3 points for landing your bola on the top rung, 2 points for landing on the middle rung, 1 point for landing on the bottom rung, and 0 points if the bola is touching the ground. Both teams score points at the end after all bolas have been thrown.

Win

The first team to 21 (or more) points wins the game.

Washers

Objective

The objective is to land your washers on the board or in the hole.

Setup

Create 2 teams. Start with half your team (and all the washers) on one side and half on the opposite side (your opponents do the same).

Instructions

Alternate throwing one washer at a time (underhand) with your opponent(s) on the same side until all the washers have been thrown. Repeat from the opposite side.

Scoring

Score 3 points for landing your washer in the hole, 1 point for landing on the board, and 0 points if the washer is touching the ground. Both teams score points after all washers have been thrown.

Win

The first team to 21 (or more) points wins the game.

Bottle Bash

Objective

The objective is to throw your disc and knock the bottle off the pole.

Setup

Create 2 teams. Place the bottles on the poles approximately 30’ apart. Start with your team on one side and your opponents on the other.

Instructions

Alternate throwing the disc attempting to knock the bottle off your opponent’s pole. Your opponent attempts to catch the disc (and the bottle) before they hit the ground.

Scoring

Score 2 points for a dropped bottle and 1 point for a dropped disc (3 points total). Score 0 points if the disc is caught (or uncatchable because of a bad throw) and the bottle is caught (or stays on the pole).

Win

The first team to 15 (or more) points wins the game.
